Very disappointed. Nails were NEW not antique and were only 2 inches long not 2 1/2 as described in the listing. Seller said she would take back but checking the site stated they did not take returns and was "out of stock". They replied back that they would take them back but I had to ship them back and was not sure what would be sent as they stated they were out of stock also said they would send correct but never recd.

I did offer to take them back and send you the correct ones. All you had to do we request a return due to the incorrect item received. It wouldn't have cost you anything because it would charge me for the return label, and I could have sent you what you originally ordered. I am not perfect, but I do try to take care of any issues. Just because something shows out of stock on eBay does not mean I do not have more in my store like I explained to you. You need to return the first shipment.

Item was not the Touch Free one that was pictured. It was new in the package but a Manual pull type. Not the end of the world for the application intended. Seller offered to refund $5 which was ok but not worth the time. Quick response when I contacted them.
