Ordered on 03/30/2024 and the bag was at my house as of 04/02/2024. Seller also responds quickly. Couldn't ask for anything better. They shipped it fast. I just wasn’t happy with the purchase because the straps in the listing were wrapped but I received them without the wrapping paper, so I wonder what happened? and I requested an exchange but I was required to pay for the return AND the new shipping fee. I decided to keep the purse to avoid any stress and extra fees. I will not purchase from this seller again.
