Every Manager Needs to Read this Book!
Many supervisors and managers walk around their stores looking for the opportunity to catch an employee talking, when the opposite strategy produces happier and more productive employees. Our society teaches success first and then happiness comes, but it's the exact opposite and the author backs it up with studies and examples. Google allows its employees to bring their dogs to work because they know they will be happier and more creative in their work.
