Box arrived with proper packaging and the item was in good condition. I just didn't like the white marker that had been used on the mirror as it prevented me from seeing the mirror. Upon contacting the seller, I found out I had to use nail polish remover to get rid of the white marker. That did the trick and the mirror was good after that. The seller is responsive to my questions and selling price as well
