I’m giving this seller a positive because it was partly my fault. The bracelets arrived in a fairly small plastic (I believe) white envelope. I brought it into my house, went to do an errand and came back…it was gone didn’t see them, went through trash. Still haven’t found. Maybe brown envelope or small box would be better. Sorry
