Rating: POSITIVE. Outlaw Outboards got back to me the next day and offered a full refund upon return of the item (new helm). In the meantime I found an adaptor (which hasn t arrived, but it looks right) to work with my existing cable connection, so I believe I will keep the helm. They were responsive and honorable, just a day late... or I was a day early with my original feedback. I am completely satisfied with them. Will recommend Outlaw Outboards when the opportunity arises.
