No joke, nothing else I’ve tried worked and I tried everything and I mean EVERRRRYTHING! Not a single thing EVER worked. And my skin is so soft and hydrated. Doesn’t make me even the slightest bit oily either! This is the best my skin has looked in years! I’m 34 and got hit with some adult onset acne from a progesterone releasing IUD that threw off my hormone balance just enough to cause acne. This product is awesome to treat teenage acne! I bought some for my granddaughter, told her to apply it after a shower or washing her face while the pores are still open. The results have been amazing! We also use it to treat all cuts and scrapes and skin irritations. Healing is amazingly fast! We also used it on our dog, who had a cut on her shoulder that we didn't know was there until it seriously started to stink like an infection. We looked her over and found the open wound. A quality product that was a miracle for me. Had fought an infection for eight months that two visits to specialists and four expensive prescriptions wasn't able to clear up. I had a accident
I had a patch of skin about the size of a Silver dollar ripped off my hand 1 day after I received my silver gel. It was a pretty deep gash and I was worried it would get infected so I applied the gel 4 times a day. It's been a week and a half and my hands is completely healed! Now there's a Silver dollar sized light patch where the skin was ripped off my hand. I'm completely amazed.

Lots of folks just don't realise how good this stuff is. I have been using It for years. It will promote healing of any skin disorder or wound.
