Received item promptly as described but unfortunately it was shipped in original box/ packaging and plastic float attachment was broken off side. I need it now and am able to use it but will have to work on somehow reattaching broken float piece that was attached to side of pump. No claim here just recommend better packaging as this is a very nice pump.

It was illustrated 1/2” by 1/2” by 95’ and they end up sending me 5/8” by 1/2” by 95’ I’m not sure if this was an honest mistake or they’re just trying to get rid of this particular size but I’m sending it back this is really disturbing because now it’s delaying my project. I’ll keep the general rep informed how this transaction goes.
