My main issue: the seller is price gouging on cost for shipping. Seller charged me nearly double the USPS Ground Advantage retail rate and will not refund the overcharge. The seller, and Ebay, auto charged my PayPal account for the outrageous shipping cost after the seller admitted to me that "ebay shipping service and quotes are just plain cr*p" and that the shipping cost would be "arranged" by the seller after my offer for the item had been accepted. Package: 18lbs, 20"L x 17"W x 6"H
