We immediately offered a FULL or partial refund, but buyer declined - without even asking for the amount of the partial refund, if he kept the lens! When selling used camera gear, things can occur beyond our control - but we ALWAYS offer to take care of our customers 100%. But again, this buyer declined our offer - this is a really odd situation, but we do not feel that neutral feedback is warranted.
