The item was misrepresented in the title, description, and photos. It took getting ebay to step in just to get a response from the seller. The seller then claimed that the item was not misrepresented, which it was! The title even says the kit is included, but it was not sent with the product. Additionally, the box was already opened, and the manual was for a different version of the heat gun, leading me to believe that this item was already returned once or wasn't even new.
