Seller listed the item as “Or Best Offer”. I made several offers up to a few dollars less than the buy it now price and they were immediately declined. If you don’t want offers, don’t list it like that. After I purchased the item, I had an unrelated issue with my card and needed to cancel the purchase. The seller refused to cancel even though it hadn’t even been 24 hours since I placed the order and it hadn’t shipped yet.

When you accept offers, you set a minimum bid to accept. Your offers weren't within a few dollars as you said...in fact they weren't even close. That's why they were immediately declined. Your last offer hit my min bid. Not sure how an "unrelated issue with your card" leads to you wanting to cancel the order? Your request to cancel included your comment "I found a better price." That's not a valid reason to cancel an order per ebay guidance. Let facts tell the story here..not some BS card issue!
