The movie is dated and bad acting, but I love the GPK, and had to the own the movie!
Its not as horrible as the critics in 1987! said it was. It would be more accepted today. Its too bad Isner abandoned the idea of making a new movie.

The Garbage Pail Kids Movie (2005, DVD)
The Garbage Pail Kids is a true classic. Just like the trading cards, the movie has the popular characters doing stupid things and getting into trouble. This young kid in the movie has the hots for a cute girl with the typical 80's style goofy hairdo. She hangs around with a bunch of grease balls and the Garbage Pail Kids and the boy try to rescue her from these losers but she doesn't learn of course. I really enjoyed the movie and recommend it to all GPK fans. Enjoy!The Garbage Pail Kids is a true classic. the garbage pail kids movie
these are the anti cabbage patch kids. the entire family can watch and enjoy this movie. if you have family movie night or would like to start one this is a great movie to start with. i rented this movie in 1986 for a movie birthday party for my 4 and 6 year olds. all the children as well as their parents loved the movie. the 4 yr old asked me to find it for her 24th birthday. crystal will be watching the movie with her own daughterthese are the anti cabbage patch kids. the entire family can watch and enjoy this movie. if you have family movie night or would like to start one this is a great movie to start with. i rented this movie in 1986 for a movie birthday party for my 4 and 6 year olds. all the children as well as their parents loved the movie. the 4 yr old asked me to find it for her 24th birthday. crystal will be watching the movie with her own daughter

Garbage Pail Kids DVD
I bought this DVD because my kids (that are now in their mid to late 20's) used to watch it when they were children. They had asked me if I still had the VHS tape of it so they could let their children watch one of the old kids movies from their past. Well I could not find it in the boxes and boxes of VHS tapes, so I thought let me see if it's on DVD. I went to my favorite shopping web site (eBay) put the title in the search bar and there it was plain as day. And so the movie has been past on to another generation, and it sure brought back a lot of memories sitting there watching my children and their children sitting in front of the TV watching this old favorite together, just like we used too do many years ago...........I bought this DVD because my kids (that are now in their mid to late 20's) used to watch it when they were children.
