Car was marked as new however, after receiving the car it did have some minor scratches on it. Also box was in horrible shape which to a collector like me who actually displays the car with the box was really disappointing. In the pictures and description posted both say nothing nor show the damage. I did reach out to the sell with no reply. So I'd say poor communication as well. I will say he did work with me on the original price but wish for better info.
