This seller is dependable. The stone fit description of the picture and had a nice light pinkish tint to the white sapphire. He even included an nice stone as a present because the item was shipped late. I almost liked the present more than the sapphire. He also canceled and order for me I made by mistake with no trouble. The only things about the item I didn't like is there was a slight pit on the back of the stone, and the fact the stone was supposed to arrive Nov. 15 th and Its Dec. 7th.

I am sorry about the late shipment never had a late like that,It is normal to have that behind the stone. When cutting the stone, only the face is polished, and star sapphire is added to the jewelry by bezel setting mostly, the position behind the stone is not a problem. That's because it's not visible and because the back polish doesn't do anything special.it's a pleasure to do business with you and hope to do more in the future.

This is my 2nd purchase from this seller; I had the opportunity to get to know them a bit, personally, and while minute the conversational transation (so to speak) has been more valuable to me than any stone from the Earth. (: But to the point of the matter - both purchases, Star Sapphires, arrived earlier than the ETA, and safely - both were in perfect condition, as shown in the listings!! I'm BEYOND satisfied!!!!
