I was hesitant to write a positive review since it didn't go smoothly. I ordered a DVD CD bulk sale and when I received them all of the CDs were missing. I contacted the seller and they resent the CDs. I finally received the CDs that were missing but they didn't match the description there were a lot of cracks on the cases that were not described. I decided to keep them since the CD/DVD worked fine and the seller communication was good.
