The item is as described; my issue is with the seller, who usually answered promptly but rarely addressed my actual queries. Several days after the delivery date, I worked out that the item had been passed from DHL to Parcelforce, who were holding it for customs charges. Velogical told me to be patient as DHL would deliver it soon, re-sent the tracking number, and did not respond to my followup message clarifying the question. They did ask me to change my negative feedback, which I ve done.

Auf Nachfrage per E-Mail und Fotos zur Auswahl des richtigen Rohr-Adapters wurde sehr schnell und ausführlich hierzu geantwortet und auch gleich ein Link zum passenden Artikel hinzugefügt, Top! Alle Teile sind sehr gut verpackt, der Dynamo findet sich in einer eigenen, separaten und sehr stabilen Verpackung. Der Anbau war problemlos und gut mit der beigefügten Anleitung ausführbar. Sehr hilfreich sind auch die auf der Webseite aufgeführten Youtube-Videos (Ausrichtung Dynamo und Verkabelung).
