Best BlackBerry phone
I love this phone. This is the second BlackBerry Q10 that I've owned. The first one lasted 4 years and was still working great until the mic stopped working property (I might have dropped it one too many times). I was happy to find another NEW one on ebay. It works excellent. The phone size is perfect and I love the physical keyboard and touch screen. The screen clarity is excellent and I can view most Web sites without any issues. I can't say eneough great things about this phone. I must admit... I did try to go back to using an Android phone for a short while and hated it!!! It didn't take long before I went back to my beloved BlackBerry Q10. If you are an avid BlackBerry user, this phone is awesome!I love this phone. This is the second BlackBerry Q10 that I've owned. It's Decent. Not So Good. 2/5
The Q10 used to be a really good phone back in the day and since I have always heard about it I thought why not give it a Shot? I did and expected a completely different experience than the one I originally had with the Q10. it did not do as well as I expected it too and it really should have because I don't have high expectations. I know it isn't a Galaxy NOTE or something. but this should be able to function fine on the BB os and it hard time even doing that sometimes. if you're coming from a bigger screen phone you will have troubles. it will take you maybe about a week to adjust to the small Q10 device. the device is really small which can be a good and bad thing. it can fit just about anywhere comfortably, you can hold it comfortably and you will drop it less too. I still like it more than previous models & more than Android
First the likes: Great battery life & the ability to change batteries. Fast processor SD Memory capacity & ability to change or remove Size Keyboard Display Internet speed is good Documents are easily viewable Dislikes: No longer able to sync fully with MS Outlook 2007 / 2010 Does not sync multiple folders, Notes or Tasks Too many privacy concerns that prior models did not have. Limited app compatibility Does not have nearly as many apps available as Android or iPhone Compared with previous models it is faster & more intuitive, it has the ability to surf the internet (quickly) My concerns are mostly with connecting with MS Outlook & it's failure to commit errors, inability to sync notes & tasks which prior versions did flawlessly & app permissions & privacy which again was a non-issue ... Good phone, could be a bit better according to Blackberry's own standards.
I love Blackberry phones and I was hoping to have the same experience with this new addition to their line up. I would give 5 stars but there are some things I can't get around. First, physical keyboard is great to have, but this one is taking some getting used to. The keys are flatter than previous models like my Curve. It is harder to feel for the key on this unit. Touch screen works fast and smooth. I'm not so sure about some of the shortcuts they put into it. I'm still trying to learn how to pull up contacts fast without having to get to the phone call screen. On my old BB curve, all I had to do was start typing a name and there it was. Battery lasts about 2 days for me under normal use. However, I was on it alot last night while Christmas shopping and it started draining ... I love Blackberry phones and I was hoping to have the same experience with this new addition to their line up. I would give 5 stars but there are some things I can't get around. Small but Old
The phone was in fantastic shape but it is old technology. It is slower than my Samsung Galaxy 5, which I can no longer charge. Then there is the problem convincing Blackberry that my email hasn't changed since I inadvertently washed my first Q10 and ruined it. I love the QWERTY keyboard, but bought a replacement Samsung 5. I have no complaint with the company I purchased it from, it looks and runs like a new Q10.The phone was in fantastic shape but it is old technology.
