Seller shipped the order with $4.67 in postage due. I paid the extra shipping amount to receive my package. The seller refused to pay the additional shipping cost. Told me I should have argued with the USPS that he paid the correct shipping amount. Not my place to do that. I’m a buyer I can only pay quickly for an item. Stay clear of this seller!! A picture of the envelope I received is listed below. I was only asking the amount the seller shorted the USPS so I could receive my package.

Buyer paid $3.50 total for item including shipping. Offered partial refund, but cannot refund more than actual amount. No idea why USPS would have marked postage due when label was on item and weight was accurate. Recommended he contact USPS or eBay for resolution.
