The photos in the listing didn't do justice to the actual watch, which looks in close to mint condition to us. The Chopard Happy Sport was stunning with no visible scratches or signs of wear. All communications prior to the purchase and after delivery of the watch were prompt, knowledgeable and courteous. A problem with a tight deployment clasp was quickly resolved with a near immediate phone call from Lou. I highly recommend this seller. High integrity and easy to do business with

Fast response and prompt shipping! but condition not as described. Used item was said to be mint inside and out, but crystal had scratches and dial bridge had oil/lube stains. On seller photo, some looked like subtle lighting glare and reflections, but they are actual physical blemishes. The sapphire is very domed, so they disappear at some angles, but my photos show them in matching in other angles. I decided to keep the watch because I still love the style. I would still do business again!!
