The product arrived and I new it was used, but I could not tell that it was actually used! It was still wrapped in plastic as was the instruction manual. Box was in great shape for gifting (my plan), and I think the only thing that indicated it was "used" was the box wasn't sealed. Fantastic product, super quick and great service!!
