Not a great experience. The owl had a very obviously chipped ear. Bad enough to cut the skin on opening the package. I messaged the seller but response, when finally did, was he'd said there might be chips. This was not evident in the photos and was so bad surely a good seller would be upfront. A derisory £2 was offered as he said he'd already given 10% off selling price. All very disappointing. Most sellers on ebay show damage clearly.
