Great characters, great value and big bang for your LEGO buck!
This is another *great* LEGO polybag set - it's a great value and you get a lot for a low entry price. First and foremost: Fury minifig with NO eyepatch, not a lot of those around. In addition to the really cool Captain Marvel minifig, complete with power hands, you get a slew of really cool pieces: a 1x2 videocassette, the phone handset, two 1x1 dialing plates, walkie talkie, sidearm, and a nice phone booth to put it all in. The best part is there isn't any filler here - every piece is relevant to the film and provides a fun way to walk back through the movie. There's a lot going on here that's good, I'm glad I found it and it was immediately one of my favorite mini-sets. It's a fun build, though admittedly short at 32 pcs. but still - cool, cool set.This is another *great* LEGO polybag set - it's a great value and you get a lot for a low entry price. A very well made little polybag!
Very well done set! I was happy to see that The LEGO Group finally decided to make a minifig of Niuck Fury before the ol' man had lost his eye. I like the amount of printed tiles in this set, too - there's a printed 1x2 tile that's a VHS tape, there are two calculator-type printed tiles, there is the dial for the phone, and there's a switch piece. Also nice is the fact that both minifigures have reversible heads, leading to even more play possibilities! All in all, this is a five-star set. It would be nicer if it was cheaper than $5 at your local Walmart, but then again that's half off what people are selling them for here. Lol! ;) Please "like" my reviews and check out my store!
