Item received as expected but my BIGGEST recommendation to the seller. I understand it was a puffer that you can compress into a small box. It would best serve the customer to line the areas where the box seams are where you tape the top and bottom with a thick piece of cardboard. Luckily, I used a small hooked cutter otherwise a utility blade would have sliced through the jacket rendering it completely damaged. Place yourself in the buyers position.
