My experience is difficult to rate. I negotiated a price then paid for the item through PayPal. The item was reported as shipped in record time. However there was a snafu with USPS which apparently lost my package. The seller was extremely sympathetic and exhausted his resources to make the situation right.
The final resolution was a refund of the full price of the item.
