All this was the sellers fault for sending the wrong dress in the first place. She knew what she was doing. Reading the undertones of her responses, you can tell she regrets accepting a $15.00 offer for her $30.00 dress AND she says the dress is heavier resulting in extra shipping cost that was not going to all fall on her. She turned the dispute back on me & refused to sell to me. There’s no problem on my end other than her deceit. I have returned the dress and waiting on my refund.

I made a mistake and sent buyer the wrong dress, apologized to buyer and sent her label. Buyer wanted an immediate exchange. I explained to buyer that dress was heavy and costly to ship, the easiest method would be for buyer to return the incorrect dress, be refunded and repurchase the dress buyer became angry, began calling me inappropriate names. I felt it best for buyer to receive a refund and buy elsewhere. We are here to serve our eBay customers but we don’t tolerate being treated that way.
