    I really like the small dot size on this monitor. I spend a lot of time programming, and it really helps to have the fonts in high quality, when each letter is composed of many dots. This drastically reduces the blur caused by the sub-pixel rendering. And this monitor is the only one I can find in 4K with 24" size. The only downside I've noticed so far is that when connected through HDMI, it grabs the sound output from the computer, but that's easy enough to fix in settings.

    Great Physical Size vs Resolution Value

    If you are looking for a relatively compact but usable 4k UHD setup, these are great monitors. Just big enough to be practical for my eyes, and not overpriced IMO. I have 6 and they are all running and looking great!

    Excellent Monitor

    The display is great. It makes for a perfect second display for my MacBook Pro. The colours out of the box weren’t ideal, but I was able to get something close to what I like with the built in controls. Overall, I’m very pleased with this product.

    Excellent picture....just to let you know though there are NO speakers on this monitor

    The pros -This monitor has excellent picture quality. -The on screen control is awesome it lets you adjust the settings without even touching the monitor -The screen split view helps with multi-tasking -LG customer support is easily available to help out with issues or concerns The cons -There are no speakers on this monitor (The speaker volume on the monitor controls the headset that you can plug in the back)

    Generally good quality and support, lotsa pixels in compact monitor

    My Samsung monitor had crapped-out, and I lost confidence when they could not provide functional customer support or even sales advice. That left limited options for 24" space. Apple had mentioned that they once offered LG displays, and this model looked like the best candidate. Initial teething problems were overcome with a quality 120 Hz Tripp-Lite adaptor. A little pricier than larger monitors of same resolution, generally good image quality. Not as good as an Apple cinema display, but such expectations would push it into a higher price range.
