Advertised as "new." Was a refurbished/refilled cartridge which leaked everywhere when opened. I did not open it right away as I did not need it. Because I opened it just over a month after I received it, the seller refused to do anything. I am outside the eBay dispute window so my loss. Be careful with this seller and do not get scammed.

I am sorry for the inconvenience and I understand your frustration but you ask for a request nearly 2 months after receiving the item. The cartridge was New/SEALED in its original vacuum packing with no signs of damages. I understand that you may were waiting to use it thus you didn't open it; but you have to understand how unreasonable it is to ask for a refund nearly 2 months after receiving the item and not be under suspension of potentially being SCAMMED.
