The selle reached out to me as soon as my package was delayed. He sent me a message letting me know he had contacted USPS. He started a ticket with him and followed up on it. They said it was due to weather conditions and closedthe ticket. It still did not move for a few days and he reached out again and open another ticket. Each time he emailed me and explained the situation. I’ve never had such great customer service, and felt so well taken care of. I will definitely order from the seller aga
