Seller requested I provide an alternate delivery address. I contacted eBay support and asked if I should proceed. Support said no (it's a seller TOS violation.) The purchase went through, the destination was allowed in the listing; there is no excuse for this. Sellers are required to ship to the address used in a purchase. I was told to wait until the seller shipped the item, and request a refund if they didn't. Seller cancelled, blamed my address. Address was fine with other sellers for years.
