    fast great meals, wonderful addition to my kitchen

    I used the old pressure cookers years ago and they were great for meals for a growing family then as I got older I went back to stove cooking all day for a bowl of beans or soup, This cooker cooks ham hocks and uncooked red beans in under 15 minutes, and roast and stew meats in about 10 minutes.. I was so Happy with it I bought a second one from the same supplier for my great granddaughter and her family, The supplier was fast in sending it and well packaged, recipe book comes with it, easy to clean too..

    Good Product

    I've only used the product one time, which was on last Saturday. I cooked ham hocks and mustard greens for 30 minutes. It is the first time I've use a pressure cooker, and was really supprised with how the meat just pull off the bones. The greens were good too. A little too mushie, but really good flaver. I have no complaints. I'll be trying other receipes this weekend. It is a good product. I reccomend it.

    Streamlined control panel for ease of use!

    I have owned 2 Cuisinart units and have found them to be the easiest to use. I have been teaching my neighbors how to use their pressure cookers of other brands, most have a ton of buttons for each recipe, I prefer the Cuisinart over all other brands. You put in the time YOU want to cook with, not a pre-decided time and confusing display & buttons. 3 friends have ditched their other brand cookers and switched to this model. They have been making this same model for 10 years, no changes, this tells me they have nothing to fix or upgrade, its great as is so why change it? I use my cooker at least 3 times a week. Where I live its over 100 degrees for most of the summer, using this keeps my kitchen cool and me away from a hot stove or oven. I also use it in our travel trailer, a great way to ...

    It is easy to use

    So far I have been chopping up veggies, mushrooms and a small piece of meat toss them in with a little meat and add my favorite spices. And in much less than 30 minutes, IT IS READY. The manual isn't the easiest to understand and I still forget occasionally to press start after setting pressure and time.

    These automatic pressure cookers are the best addition to any kitchen you could have. It is simple to operate after you read the directions and easy to clean. Simple to program, turn it on and leave it cooking when you go to work, come back after work to a warm pot of something good to eat for dinner. We love ours, you will too.....
