Layer after layer of tissue paper with layer after layer of bubble wrap with tape over tape nestled in Styrofoam particles in a sturdy box got this fragile item delivered safely. The seller took great care to insulate the piece and send it UPS. Even though the shipping and packing was expensive, it was required for a rare Lladro porcelain. Accurate description; two-day shipping; good communication--everything one wants in a seller. Highly recommended.
