Package arrived quickly. Seller communicated well. Unfortunately, the packaging wasn't the most protective. And we found one of the small detail parts from the front of the building broken off. Fortunately we found it rolling around in the box as we almost missed it and nearly pitched it, but glad we found it. Will repair on my own. Surprised by the packaging as the shipping cost was VERY high in comparison to other sellers. May consider working with them again.

I'm surprised but also sorry for any damage. Most of my feedback notes how well their items are packaged. Nothing was different with this one than the thousands of other items I've shipped over the years. I'm surprised $8 is VERY high. I estimate and charge a flat rate for most of the items I sell, Sometimes I lose money. Sometimes I come out ahead a little. Please note that ebay takes 15 percent of EVERY CENT they collect including taxes and shipping even if I charge the exact amount.
