Sam is the most caring seller I have ever bought from. He called asking if I wanted the bracelet adjusted before shipping it, answered all 1000 of my questions regarding the watch and shipped it out hours after purchasing. He called me again when the watch arrived at Canadian customs ( there were custom fees ) to make sure everything was okay and was upset that I had to pay extra ( Canada's fault, NOT SAM's ).
