The package arrived incomplete. According to the description and images, there was supposed to be a heavy metal base which is fundamental to the operation of the microscope stand. I have tried to work with the seller, including asking for pictures of the package as it was assembled, to figure out if he actually did his duty. Sadly, this question was ignored and he offered no options. He charged very high for shipping for this incomplete product as well.
