The item arrived broken in many pieces - definitely the fault of USPS - the carton looked like it had been through a war...TERRIBLE! The seller packed the pottery very, very well so I can't blame her whatsoever. She was VERY easy to deal with regarding a refund. She is now having to deal with the USPS on her end. I have NO complaints regrading this seller - she has done a great job taking care of this situation on her end. Although very disappointing I have to give this a positive rating.
