    The Women's Heart

    I found it to be very descriptive. It identified many things that is exclusive to what a women may feel. As a women who just had a heart attack, it was comforting to read that my situation was not unusual. There are many guidelines in the book that are easy to follow. Would recommend that every woman, no matter her age, read this.
