Great price. Good communication. Arrived quick and was packaged great. I loved Green acres and Petticoat Junction when I was growing up, Dennis theMenace, Leave it to Beaver, My Three Sons, all great. Just don't make them like that anymore. Too bad!

    Excellent refurbished camera.

This camera takes good pictures. I am a senior and not technologically up to date but I was able to use this as soon as I took it out of the package. I purchased a memory card that can hold 2500 images for under ten dollars. Very pleased with this refurbished Nikon Camera at a price I could afford.

  • Nikon Coolpix L18 compared to Nikon Coolpix L3

I recently purchased the Nikon Coolpix L18 Camera from an Ebay seller. Camera is compact and easy to use, especially for anyone who has owned a Digital Nikon Camera before. It has many of the same features as my Nikon Coolpix L3 with the same overall dimensions. The Macro feature on the L18 takes clearer close-up images, which was the main reason I purchased the L18. The viewing area is twice as large on the L18 and this is much easier on my old eyes. I paid more for the L3 purchased at a local Camera store a couple years ago. One feature I don't care for on the L18 is that the SD Card slot is hidden behind the batteries, and unless one has very small fingers, you have to remove the batteries first before you can get to the SD Card. If you are like me and take a few images and take the SD ...

  • A satisfactory and easy to use camera.

I love the way Nikon can make a user friendly camera that takes good pictues as well. The Coolpix L18 is not top of the line by any means, but it is very easy to use and good as an "instamatic" type of camera. I haven't used it too much yet, but noticed that the indoor, flash pictures look a little dark. I am using regular AA batteries instead of the recommended rechargeable ones, so maybe it isn't getting enough juice for a bright flash. Also, with the regular batteries, the view-screen is blurry for a second or two. I must wait until it clears to see a sharp picture. This only takes one or two seconds but it is noticeable. The camera does not have the eye-hole view finder, so you must rely on the 3" screen when composing your shots. As in all of these digital cameras, the screen is not ...

  • Review of Nikon Coolpix for my son

We had purchased a Nikon Coolpix for our 17-year-old son from Sam's - it was stolen from his bookbag in his bandroom. So we decided to replace it by using Ebay - great prices, great items. We were quite suprised to find how many were brand new in the box being sold and were able to purchase one at a very reasonable price. The camera is easy to use, makes great pictures, and small enough that my son can put it in his pant's pocket and go. We bought it because the camera had good reviews, not excellent which would have made the pricing out of reach, and was a fun camera. The thing we dislike the most is that the screen is so fragile. We purhase a hard case for him to store it in and it still has a fracture across it. In fact it was in the padded camera pouch it came with and a hard ...

  • A Joy to use!

this camera is the best one we and I have ever owned-BUT- the 164 page owners/users manual is interesting reading. My wife took the time to read the online manual and before long had the time and date programmed in, I suggest taking one of the batteries out and leaving that one reversed when the camera is not being used--like if it is on the shelf for a week in between trips. once we hit the road then we put the battery in correctly--this allows tremendous battery life. The best feature is the huge screen you view taking pictures and then by pushing one button- you can view your just taken picture--this is very nice and very easy to use. Like I said this is the best camera we have ever owned and I am 65 yrs old now!
