This seller came across as s a thoroughly nasty individual in their messages. The cables purchased arrived poorly packaged in a torn letter envelope with just stamps and the USPS carrier requested me pay them close to $4.00 of the seller's underpaid postage. I assumed the contents might be damaged. I refused the USPS delivery. I opened a refund request, and the seller accused me of stealing their items and wished me malice. They did refund me. MY ADVICE IS TO BUY FROM A DIFFERENT SELLER.

post office doesnt collect from receiver, only the shipper, items get "returned to sender" when "not enough postage". buyer filed NOT RECEIVED without detail, when he did in fact receive them. I refunded without question. his story only came after i refunded, never again i ship without tracking, items i sell no longer can be shipped via standard postage only. shipping fees will be raised to cover these higher postage rates making more expensive and less deal to customers
