I respectfully disagree that the item wasn't well packaged. Minifigures were in a separate ziplock bag. If something was scratched or damaged, I wasn't contacted. Enjoy the set!

The box wasn’t packed well so it got crushed during shipment or it was in poor condition when it shipped. The bubble wrap in the picture is all that was used. I’ve ordered enough new lego boxes and this is the first one poorly packed and it shows it wasn’t packed well due to the damage of the box

The fault lies with UPS who crushed the box completely. Never had this happen before.
