The train had a sheared of screw that attaches the body to the chassis and gave me a BS reply and no refund for broken part

Not a fair request. A screw that’s @70 years old, some wear, see pictures he’s provided. Then demanding a 100 dollar refund for it. Then lowering his demand to 50 dollars. If he asked nicely for a refund I would have provided it. He did not , demanded 50 dollars. And unfairly given a negative review.
