Item was listed as new but had clearly been opened when I got it. The directions in the box were missing as well. I contacted the seller and all he said was he would look for the directions. When I asked about it being opened he got unpleasant and told me if I had a problem then I could just return it. I will not be buying from or recommending this seller in the future. Very disappointed.

Item was NEW in clam shell package. I taught school for 30 years until retirement. During those years I was and still am very honest in my dealings with other people. This seller is making false statements I never spoke with the person but now she is making false statements that I said this or that. When she gets over 7500 + feedback (not 13)then I will listen to her.
