My Stop Smoking Coach
This is an okay game. There must be a way to get to where I left off with out having to play the whole disk again. Once I figure that out - I would give this an excellent rating. Has helped with my smoking as I'm too busy with my hands and cannot reach for a smoke. It makes real good points on why to quit smoking. Just excellent.

This is a very personable helper, I thought the graphics were a little simplistic, I've not finished the coaching yet, but it is a good coaching tool to help us become non-smoker's. Must use with the book or the cd sessions. I would like very much to be able to purchase the dvd that will play in the US region. My stop smoking coach
Okay this game is good makes alot of good points. You cannot go to where you left off do to it wants you to be reminded and I guess that is good. In good time I am sure Ill quit a little help from this game.

Really Helps
Bought it for my wife , she loves to play games and has tried to quit smoking in the past but has not been able to stop . So far so good , it has been a month and hasn't smoked yet . The coaching and plan really seemed to help .

Quiting Smoking
This is the best thing ever! It was so easy to do and soooooooo easy to quit! I have recommended this game to several of my friends who want to quit! And I would highly recommend this game to anyone who whats to quit.
