    Kinda weird/dissapointing

    I used to love this movie it was achildhood favorite especially the songs in the movie. Which comes to the point of why I gave it 4 stars instead of 5. Overall this is a great movie but since this is my child hood I’m kinda disappointed in the fact that this version the movie changed the two best songs in the movie. The song soaring(where she’s leaving her home and playing on her radio that song) and the ending song I’m gonna fly (higher than I ever could). those two songs made the movie. Guess my surprise when I finally watched the movie after some time because I owned the movie vhs style and my cassette player is broken so I purchased this dvd in hopes to seeing my fav childhood movie to then hearing this imposter new songs. Really wish I could have purchased the movie with my fav songs ...

    Great movie, slightly unnecessary DVD

    For those of you who are unfamiliar with Kiki's Delivery Service, the film centers around a young witch named Kiki who must leave home in order to discover her own identity and figure out her future specialty as a witch. Along the way she stumbles and must rediscover what her powers really mean to her, etc. As a film, Kiki's Delivery Service is one of Studio Ghibli's finest with excellent pacing and a richly designed early-1900s European setting. So why does this DVD only get a 4/5? Well, if you're a huge fan of the film like me, chances are you already own the previous DVD release. Although this new set has some marked differences, the new master leaves a lot to be desired. The remastered video appears oversharpened in areas and skin tones come off washed out in spots of the film. ...

    A gift for my Granddaughter.

    My 19yo granddaughter grew up watching KIKI's Delivery Service and told me how much she would love seeing it again. She was surprised and very happy when I handed Her, KIKI's Delivery Service. This is a Walt Disney Production and is great for any young girl to see.

    Good but not the best outta Miyazaki's movies

    Don't get me wrong every movie Miyazaki does is beutiful, and this movie was as such. However, I wanted to fall asleep at some parts. It was still good but but boring at times.
