    I love my new FIVE STAR Keurig Coffee Maker

    My new Keurig coffee maker is AWESOME! I love the fact you can choose to make the coffee stronger if desired. The multiple size cups to pick from is fabulous. I haven't tried the cold coffee setting yet but I will soon. My last Keurig was 15 years old, and this one has all the bells n whistles needed for a great cup of coffee. Im so happy I purchased this great product. I Love the Keurig brand.

    Worked well for a while but not a Workhorse

    This model worked great out of the box. Seemed to require cleaning more often than other Keurig models. Easy to refill water since the tank has an integrated handle. I have had 2 of this model. One unit failed after approx 8 months. I have since upgraded to another model and it seems to be more reliable and has a few additional features.

    Better design than older models.

    Doesn't take up as much room as my old Keurig and the water tank is easier to set in sink and fill and put back on. BTW tank fits side or back.

    Faulty machine being replaced by manufacturer

    The machine is fine, makes a great cup of coffee, lo9ks good, easy to use. However machine had a faulty descale light which didn’t shut off. Im in process of replacing machine with Keurig. .
