Contacted seller due to false advertising on the top. Top came with multiple yellow staining throughout. I paid 15$ for the top and 10.00 to ship. I requested a full refund of 25$ & the sellers response was donate to charity with a partial refund. Extremely disappointed. I lost 25.00. Seller also replied that she lost 10$ on shipping. She DID NOT PAY for SHIPPING I DID!! I provided 5 pics of the staining. She said her assistant sent it out so no inspection done. Worst experience on EBay!!

Sorry that you felt like you had a bad experience. I asked you to ship the item back but you didn’t want to that is why I stated that I would lose money on shipping. Did you really lose $25? I believe I refunded you the cost of the top and asked you to donate it to charity. I have been with eBay for over 20 years and whenever I have had a return, I was given the same options. This is my first bad rating. Bless your heart.
