    Good performance, nice size, with sacrifices

    Performance is good. The fingerprint sensor area is small but fast. Display and sound quality are good, though speaker phone could've been louder. Although physically it's about the same size as my iPhone 6s (which I liked) the screen is taller making one hand operation challenging at times when swiping down from the top. Battery is disappointing, barely making a full day at moderate use. I thought curved screen on side was cool until I tried a glass screen protector and slim case, here you may have to choose one or the other unless you opt for a fully enclosed case. Overall the curved screen is the worst feature imho.
