Stingray fit my '85 Mercury 115 outboard well. I only had to drill 2 holes in the cavitation plate. Instructions say use a bigger bit but use a 1/4" bit. The bolts were a little too short so the locknuts didn't fully engage but I had some longer ones so I used them. I could definitely tell a difference in how quick my boat got on plane and it was more stable running across wakes. Very happy.
