Professional seller. Item came poorly packaged and I'm assuming something was damaged during shipping because the item was not working as described when received. Seller says he used a third party to pack and ship so not their fault. However, seller was professional and issue an agreed upon partial refund to make it right. Even though I'm obviously not happy about the item not working I am happy with the resolution and would recommend the seller. Thanks again.

An excellent transaction, and the seller was very communicative. The item arrived with a small dent on the top that didn’t appear in the listing, despite being well-wrapped in bubble wrap. This purchase was plagued by shipping problems. Fedex was unwilling to deliver to my apartment address and package was returned to seller. Package was resent to a local receiving address and arrived damaged. Total shipping time was a full month. The seller responded well and communication was good throughout. Seller is now processing insurance claim (I provided photos) and we have agreed on full refund. This purchase was fraught, but I would willingly work with seller again.
