I am happy that it wasn't completely broken on arrival. There was very thin and weak foam used which allowed it to move around in the box to a great degree. Luckily, the only thing that seemed to be damaged was an upper esthetic piece that I can easily repair. It also arrived with the power cord which was a surprise because the listing said NO Cables. Seller claimed to be delayed for several weeks by UPS and EBay, all while not issuing a refund or starting a return. Seller ultimately stopped communication and I was left with EBay’s great (honestly) customer service, who issued a refund.
